Swing & Yoga - Most inspirational and fun fitness method

This is my first favorite sport ever! I can't have enough of the flying, happiness and joy feelings like when I was a child on a swing. I have lots of fun climbing up and down and of course when it goes upside down. The training time runs as fast as my sweat. This is the first method that makes me really enjoy burning calories. It might not look like but Swing Yoga really takes energy. I feel my muscles everywhere which is good! I love the energy that wakes up in my body after class when I'm supposed to be tired, I actually feel fresher than before, the best for early mornings or even after a hard working day!
